There is really only one kind of Birthday cake and that's chocolate, but what kind of chocolate. I felt like making my mom's flour free recipe. After 1/2 pound of butter, 8 eggs and 3 bars of dark chocolate there is no room left for any flour!
So rich! It was like eating a thick chocolate mousse. Thank you for finding the recipe Mom.
You are welcome, even though it was very inconvenient, and took me almost 5 minutes, but, like my father, I am not one to complain.
